A Reflection of the Sacred Journey of a Soul’s Awakening
By Michelle Higgins
The awakening of a soul is not a moment; it is a return.
It does not begin when the world says it begins—
it begins long before breath—
in the silence between stars,
in the choice made beyond time to descend…
to feel, to forget, to remember.
Awakening is the soul’s long walk-through amnesia,
carrying sacred codes sealed in pain,
in love, in wonder.
It is the willingness to be born into a world
that does not understand you—
and to still give it your light.
The sacred journey is raw and radiant;
it breaks you open, it breaks the spell.
It whispers through grief, through visions,
through the scent of rain on ancient lands
that know your name,
and the earth’s heartbeat echoes with your own.
You are in the presence of your ancestors,
and you remember old languages.
You begin to see yourself not as broken,
but as forged.
Your pain was a portal.
Your body, a vessel of remembrance,
and your frequency is what the earth has been waiting for.
The sacred journey of awakening
is not about becoming someone new—
it’s about unveiling who you always were:
a guardian of the old ways,
a steward of sovereignty,
a healer of generational wounds.
You are not here by accident;
you are here because you said yes.
And now…
the earth remembers you.
The mission you carry is rising into form.
You are the soul awakened.
You are the dreamer returned.
Walk boldly now, with staff in hand—
for the journey has only just begun.
